Without any dlc's you'll have no problems with the game, I've personally only been playing the game with about half the DLCs(Primarily charlemagne and Old gods) for years without feeling like it was a limited or broken experience(even with all the free patches adding new content).Īnd in this sale I picked up the rest. Or buy an expansion that included a large number of options and try them all to your hearts content. There was a day when you could buy games and you could try out all the options. As much as I want to, I will never buy this game. My opinion is that is completely unreasonable. Some people will argue, only buy what you want to use. You are excluding a lot of customers because your buy in is a ripoff. I have been waiting or that day for a collection at a reasonable price. You know a while back I looked at Crusader Kings 2 and it seemed really amazing.
